Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for a talented Technical Business Analyst to join our development team

Roles & Responsibilities:

• This person will sit with PO and clients, and ID the requirements and the entire flow of documentation resulting in a detailed technical document for the dev team.

• Outline business requirements, define use cases, mock-up user interfaces, and test scenarios in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Will create docs and will manage versioning to get final PO approval in order to create technical requirements docs using Word, PPT, Excel.

• Understand complex business requirements and translate them to technology service teams for implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to ensure successful project execution.

• Participate in design sessions to develop future state process flows and data flows and generate appropriate artifacts.

• Assist in institutionalizing new processes and policies.

• Assist dev team during rollout, testing, queries, etc.

Required experience and skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills

.• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information system and a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar field

• A minimum of 3 working with SME, company stakeholders, clients, and dev team

• Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Excellent analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity and experience with Structured Query language (SQL) is an asset

• Team player with professional attitude
