Role: Technical Support Executive | Location: Gurgaon
Role Context:• You will be responsible for providing complete support to technical issues related to our solutions
Experience• At least 1+ years
Education:• Computer science (B.Tech / BE) from a good university
What will you do:
• Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills● Display customer empathy solution-driven approach● Flexibility with rotational shifts and rotational weekly-offs● Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support in voice, chat, and email● Technical support executive who is experienced in Technical support in Voice, chat, and email● Experienced in Level 1 debugging on technical issues related to our solutions
What We Expect:
● Strong Customer Service and problem-Solving skills● Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction● Candidate should be well versed with a computer, MS Office (Word, Excel, applications and google sheets, etc.)● Basic knowledge of SQL
