Senior DevOps Engineer

We streamline B2B Commerce collaboration. We digitise the way PO and invoices are shared across enterprises, eliminating completely the need for paper/pdf way of exchanging documents (data) with vendors and customers. Thereby offering superior automation and reconciliation capabilities. We have multiple successful pilots with large enterprises in the automobile, logistics and e-Commerce domain. The platform uses proprietary Blockchain (DLT), specifically built to exchange commerce transaction documents natively. This enables real-time full order-life-cycle visibility to all the parties involved, thereby increasing the trust and transparency. The platform offers superior commerce analytics to CxO. Due to the electronic nature of documents being exchanged, the platform can be directly integrated with existing ERPs and can derive instant reconciliation reports. We are boot-strapped, revenue generating and entering into a growth phase.

What You’ll Do 

● Analyze, Evaluate and Recommend new development tools and infrastructure to improve the efficiency 

● Should be able to build and setup the chosen architecture on all major cloud service providers 

● Automate the entire deployment process 

● Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended 

● Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions. 

● Incidence management and root cause analysis 

● Monitoring the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimising the wastage 

● Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer

What we are looking for:

● Scripting Languages: Bash, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Perl, Python 

● Containerizing & Clustering: Compose, Docker, Docker files, ECS, Helm, Kubernetes, Nginx 

● Open Source Database: Cockroach DB/Rocks DB, CouchDB, MongoDB, MySQL, MSSQL, Janus Graph, Cayley DB, PostgreSQL, RDBMS, Redis, SQLite 

● Cloud Platforms:

○ Amazon Web Services: IAM, EC2, VPC, ELB, ALB, Autoscaling, Lambda

○ AWS Managed Products: EC2, ECS, ECR, Route 53, SES, Elasti cache, RDS, Redshift

○ AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, Certified DevOps Engineer, Sys Ops Administrator○ or equivalent with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) 

● Monitoring Tools: CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana 

● Strong Linux OS skills 

● Networking concepts: Firewalls, NAT, Port, Subnetting, VPC, VPNs, Software Defined Networks (SDWAN) 

● Operational: HA, DR, Backups

Preferred: 

● Experience on Blockchain network deployment 

● Cybersecurity best practises

Qualification: BSc / BE / MSc / M.Tech
