Senior Frontend Developer

Senior Front End Developer :
Responsibilities

1. Work with digital designers and developers to implement compelling design and innovative solutions for the website and help maintain all user-facing features
2. Develop CSS and asset libraries as well as produce reusable code to help maintain consistency in brand execution
3. Communicate with clients in order to execute desired results for UI features provided in our SaaS offerings
4. Assist QA to test pages on multiple browsers and displays across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices; help identify problems and provide recommendations and solutions

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field
2. 5+ years experience in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, Javascript)
3. Solid understanding of implementing best-practice, high-performance, responsive interfaces for the modern web

1. Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JS, with the ability to write clean and well-documented code
2. Experience with CSS frameworks and preprocessors such as LESS, Flexbox, CSS Grid, etc.
3. Working knowledge of JavaScript as well as modern JS frameworks/libraries (JQuery, React, etc.)
4. Knowledge of the principles of design, responsive design, and best practices
5. Ability to convert a digital mockup into a functional user-facing feature on the website
6. Understanding of SEO principles as well as accessibility requirements (ADA)
7. Working knowledge of Email HTML and Email Development
8. Ability to present code and handoff solutions to developers
9. Up to date with the latest UI best practices, techniques, and technologies
10. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while following priorities
11. Great communication and organization skills, with strong attention to detail
12. Team player with a positive attitude

1. Basic understanding of Adobe CC apps (Photoshop, XD)
2. Knowledge of modern file/image formats such as SVG
3. Understanding of basic animation/motion concepts and the ability to create them in code
4. Experience using Visual Studio IDE
