ABOUT THE ROLE

Your Responsibilities

Design app and product features under the Medicus umbrella, with incredible attention to detail and amazing standards for the quality of work you produce.

• Design product features for mobile and web, in close collaboration with the rest of the product team

• Support our marketing team with the design of creative marketing campaigns, materials and brand elements

• Define, measure, implement and analyse key product success metrics

• Lead user testing sessions with customers and collect data with A/B tests to make more informed design decisions

• Learn from customer usage, and leverage feedback and data to continually iterate, innovate, and evolve the product

Your profile

A creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about solving problems through intuitive design and building a flawless and pleasurable user experience, whether it’s executing on small design details or thinking about the user-journey and experience.

• University degree in product or digital design, or equivalent work experience

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital product design

• Your English and Mandarin are fluent. Fluency in an additional language is a plus

• You’re comfortable working independently, while collaborating with remote and internationally distributed teams
