Principal Fullstack Engineer (React Native + Backend)

Seek is re-inventing meditation by bringing together the expertise of seasoned meditation practitioners and principles of neuroscience to personalize meditation practice and give support in your inner journey.

We are looking for people to join the Core Team and help us achieve this vision by accelerating the product development efforts. We have achieved 100x growth in a span of just 4 months in India. Now we plan to rapidly build and scale a world-class product to change the way people think about and practice meditation forever.

The RoleSomeone with a minimum 4 years of experience in react-native app development, preferably in a startup. Someone who gets things done and is passionate about working on cutting edge technology.

The role will be very broad based involving a few things:

• Own features from their ideation, design, development and release
• Tech stack: Proficient in React Native, Firebase, Node (express)
• Ability to mentor and manage a team of 3-4 engineers
• Design and build advanced applications compatible with Android and iOS platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Build, test, maintain and enhance the app having elegant and efficient UI design
• Maintain high standards of quality through technical design analysis, code reviews and test automation
• Collaborate with very talented team of product managers, engineers, and designers
• Must have excellent command over Android SDK, JAVA, Kotlin, JSON Web Services, and its relevant frameworks
