Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain all websites on behalf of Genesis in proper consultation with the Management.

2. Ensure that technological resources meet the company short- and long-term needs and goals

3. Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards

4. Develop innovative products in the field Software Applications and Information Technology

5. Keep abreast with the latest development in software and Information Technology and thereby suggest necessary action in favour of the target market.

6. Maintain a consumer-focussed outlook and aiding in the delivery of the IT projects to the targeted market.

7. Outline the goals for research and development.

8. Create timeliness for the development and deployment of all technological services.

9. Make executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements in proper consultation with the management.

10. Act as a mentor to the team members

11. Maintain technology budgets and time frames.

12. Any other tasks that may be assigned by the management in the interest of the company’s growth.
