Technical Architect

We are looking for a passionate thought leader who can lead our product engineering initiative and be a mentor on technical, architectural, design and related aspects. You should have a passion to explore new technology, strong problem-solving skills, hands-on software development experience and strong customer focus. Prior product engineering experience will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
As a technology architect you will own every aspect of product engineering, technology and innovation at Perfomatix. Product Engineering:

• Technology leader : Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues.
• Solutioning, Troubleshooting, Data modeling techniques, Design Patterns & Estimation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and spanning across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end services & features.
• The development process, Standard & Best Practices: 

• Quality: Ensure all our deliverables adhere to world-class process and standards. Rely on automation and ensure the best practices and standards are followed.
• Customer success: Strong focus on customer success and ability to effectively communicate technical and business requirements .

• Coaching & mentoring: Mentor/coach engineers to facilitate their development & provide technical leadership to them.
• Training content: Is responsible for maintaining the training content and updating the same on a regular basis.

• Identify new growth opportunities and communicate it effectively to the leadership team
• Drive our IP and Product development initiatives

• 7+ years of strong software design/development experience in leading the project delivery of complex application systems, distributed applications, web, and mobile.
• Hands-on experience in modern web technologies is a must.
• Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills.
• A tenacious and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation.
