Head of Product

Responsibilities:

● Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

● Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential features from an ROI and buildvs. buy perspective.

● Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

● Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

● Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research,market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and finalproduct development by engineering teams

● Work closely with the production, engineering and business teams on the development, QA and release of the products

● Put in place processes to maintain & monitor technical specs & code base of apps in portfolio

● Manage stress testing and quality assessment of each release across different OS versions

● Ensure each app in your portfolio is compliant with Google & Apple Policies

Requirements:

● Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

● Must have had some experience on app management (digital products)

● Hands-on experience of building the plan for an app and scaling it.

● Highly effective cross-functional team management

● Excellent communication skills

● Ability to ideate & execute

● Experience managing & executing multiple products (apps)
