Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dedicated Salesforce Developer t to help design &develop innovative CRM solutions, consolidate, and integrate data from multiple sources and support our existing customer base. We need a candidate who knows Lightning interface inside and out. You will be charged with employing the leading-edge features Salesforce offer to provide our customers with the most efficient and modern. The role is primarily focused on building and supporting Salesforce.com instances for the automotive transaction platform, but a knack for being able to analyse and break down customer requirements into development tasks is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong creative coding skills and a be able to demonstrates their passion for development with past work. Excellent communication and time management skills are very important to our workflow. Your typical day:

• Design, develop, debug, and modify components of existing SFDC applications and supporting technologies

• Provide technical leadership to hardworking developers, who improve and maintain the automotive Salesforce environment

• You will drive application design and development with scalable solutions addressing potential future needs

• Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support

• You will translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs

• Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates and maintain transparency within the group and across the business

• You'll be an active participant in architecture and design discussions to promote alignment to development standard methodologies

• Lead the peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across the platform

• You will solve and drive resolution of bugs/issues

• Contribute technical insight to daily support issues, as needed

Skills & Experience Required:

• You possess 5+ years previous development experience with Salesforce.com

• Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning

• Skilled in technical analysis and object oriented programming

• You have detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture, cloud limitations and alternate/workaround solutions

• Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)

• Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization

• You are team-centric but able to work autonomously

• You have the ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines

• You have use and knowledge with Python and AWS, which is a plus
