Web Application Tech Lead

We have some of the best and brightest minds in the industry working on Python, Web Frameworks, NoSQL Databases, Analytics, Machine Learning and AI. We are also constantly evaluating new technologies to make sure QuickMetrix is able to solve the problems, not just of the present, but also of the future.
Experience : 4 - 8 years
This is Technical Role and Hands-on coding and technical knowledge is expected.
As the VP (Technology), you will oversee the feature development team, understand client requirements, identify risks, and develop work schedules. You should be able to work with your team and inspire them to reach their goals.
You should have experience in developing large Web Applications with expertise in at least one popular Python web framework. You will be expected to be hands-on in designing/coding/reviews.
Should demonstrate drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
Responsibilities:-
1. Provide Architectural and Design direction
2. Follow disciplined software development practices. Be Up-to-date on current and best practices and technologies related to software development and project management
3. Able to rely on extensive technical experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
4. Determine requirements and provide project estimates and timelines
5. Design and Code new features
6. Provide status updates on all ongoing tasks to senior management
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
8. You should always be expanding your industry knowledge
