Job description

• Graphem Solutions is looking to hire a talented local Senior Web Developer for a long-term contract position. He/she will report periodically to the Senior Developer Manager and may be required to communicate directly with clients periodically; the candidate must have a good command of the English language.
• The candidate might be required to work on a USA Holiday schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build new features on various web applications and websites
• Collaborate closely with web designers to implement user interfaces from provided designs
• Architect and build new web applications, scale, maintain and improve various existing codebases and systems infrastructures
• Maintain and improve the development, staging, and production environments of various applications
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of engineering practices and procedures
• Roles and responsibilities within the team will vary depending on your experience
• Skills Required:7+ years of experience in Web Development
• 4+ years of experience with Javascript
• Highly proficient in HTML/CSS and Javascript
• Intensive experience and knowledge of at least one of the following frameworks: VueJS, AngularJS, React.JS, and Backbone JS
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Good knowledge of the following would be an asset:Node.JS
• Single page application development
• Familiar with live video streaming technology (HLS, WebRTC, etc …)
• Experience with PHP
• Experience with Laravel
• Adobe XD or Figma
• MVC design pattern
• Salary $85,000 to $95,000 CAD* (based on skill level and experience)
