Research Engineer

About Company Staqu, an AI startup, is working to create a research ecosystem to develop advanced artificial intelligence powered technologies which can be used in solving impactful real-world problems. We are working to decouple big data in to its constituent elements like text, speech and images and then further perform selective amalgamation of these elements to generate advanced hybrid deep neural networks models. We are working closely with various government, private and academic institutions to take AI to the next level. We are looking for candidates who have a keen interest in developing research that does not only goes into proof of concepts but solves some of the real-world impactful problems. We are working to utilize our research papers to empower our product JARVIS, which is catering 20K live camera stream to provide safety, security, and various other analytics to society and our premium customers. You will also get the chance to continue our legacy and publish your work in tier one conferences like CVPR, ICIP, ICML, ICAASP, Inter Speech, etc.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and deploy full-stack vision/audio analytics solutions on PyTorch/Theano/TensorFlow Framework

• Investigate and solve exciting and difficult challenges in speech /vision recognition, classification, and deep learning.

• Use the latest advances in neural networks and machine learning to bring new experiences for our customers  

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in C++ or Python,

• Interest in computer vision, machine learning, deep learning, and related fields

• Ability to code, test, improve, and document new Audio, Vision, Machine learning, and deep learning algorithms

• Experience in Theano/TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, sklearn.

Good to Have:

• Must have B.tech / BE qualification with 1-4 years of experience in Research background.

• Experience in Theano/TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, sklearn.
