Backend Developer (JS)

Backend engineer job description: ·

• Design and implement modern-day web applications following best-practice patterns. ·
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features. ·
• Maintain code integrity and organization. ·
• Proficient in creating Javascript-based API Endpoints that connect to a variety of data stores (Nodejs,MySQL, Mongo, etc.) ·
• Experience using AWS services or willing to learn (Lambda, EBS, EC2, etc.) ·
• Experience with backend programming languages (Ex: Javascript, Python etc.) ·
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (Git). · Familiar with Scrum/Agile development practices
