Role: Full-Stack Web Development & SEO leadReports to: Group Directors

Experience: 2 years and above
Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram, Harayana, India)
Salary Range: INR 60,000 to INR 95,000 PM (depending on experience & background) Position Summary:
Work to spearhead Web Development & spearhead SEO for 2 companies (www.theperch.in & www.nodal.direct ). Work on open source Full Stack CMS (PHP, My SQL, HTML , CSS, & Javascript), Wordpress & Webflow Websites.  Key Deliverables:1. In-house development* Work to improve SEO & tech specs of (www.theperch.in & www.nodal.direct )
* Work on Google Ads-PPC for the above mentioned sites
* Organically grow the online presence and traffic for both these sites 2. Client Side
* Maintain websites and update design and content as required of few select client sites
* Work with Digital Marketing team and Content team to create world class solutions
* Connect 3rd party API to CMS systems (Rest Api etc)3. Work on SaaS Application * Work with funded SaaS application to improve front end and user experience (https://turon.nodal.direct/)
Skills Required*Solid Experience on full stack Website development
*Knowledge of: SQL , PHP, JS and understanding of database & API functioning
*Experience of SEO & Google Ads (preferred not essential)
*Knowledge of front end design and HTML CSS is also preferred
Desired Candidate Profile:- Education: BSC/ MSC or BTech/ Mtech
- Strong coding skills and analytical ability
- Process oriented and ability to coordinate with other employees
- Passionate and self-motivated (ability to work in disciplined fashion is key)
