Job Description

We are looking for a senior full stack developer responsible for design, development, and delivery of the new technology platform we are building. Your primary focus will be development of low latency and highly scalable backend and frontend systems ensuring quality and security. We are looking for someone who is hands-on and loves to code and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

§ Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant systems in a very fast paced Agile environment§ Implementation of security and data protection

§ Ability to work in a fast paced, low pressure but high ownership environment

§ Represent the technological agenda of the org and also make technology hiring decisions

§ Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs

§ Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets

§ Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence 

§ Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

§ Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

Skills And Qualifications

§ Min. 7 to 9 years of experience and expertise in designing and developing system wide architecture that enable teams to build great products that our users love.

§ Provide deep, hands on technical strategy and execution leadership to engineering teams across the Platform

§ Designs complex systems at the component level, makes strategic technology choices, and directly supervises the quality of designs and implementation inside and between components. Is hands-on and builds prototypes to prove out complex designs or new technologies.

§ Ability to architect, design and implement features in coordination with the backend and front end teams.

§ Must be proficient in Python, PostgreSQL and ReactJS stack. Exposure to MERN stackis an added plus.

§ Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git) and CICD
