Full Stack Engineer

Must have skills:

1. Experience with React JS and associated tooling (Redux, Jest, Webpack, Babel, Enzyme, Cypress)
2. Experience with backend frameworks like Node.js, Strapi, KeystoneJS and Database systems like Postgres, Mysql, MongoDB etc.
3. Experience including asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6/ES7.
4. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles including Virtual DOM, Data Binding, State & Props and React Lifecycle, and Redux Middleware such as Thunk or Saga.
5. The candidate should be familiar with at least 1 CSS-based framework and should be able to build user interfaces that are cross-browser compatible and are responsive.
6. Should be able to contribute as a team member and independently.
7. Should have good analytical ability and should be to improve design/code with self-review.
8. Proficiency in Git.

Non-Technical Skills:

1. Ability to define task estimates, timelines, feasibility, and alternate solutions
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Methodical and well organized
4. Familiar with Agile Scrum
