Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end feature development using the latest architecture, design patterns and most importantly write secure and performant code by working closely with the product and design team.
• Build reusable libraries, toolkits, and developer tools for usage across multiple teams.
• Monitor the performance of the live apps and continuously improve them on both code and user experience levels.
• Constantly raise the bar by reviewing each other's code, sharing knowledge, tips, and tricks, and generally helping out - within and across teams.
• Evaluate and suggest new methodologies and technologies.
• Work with a team of smart, entrepreneurial, and highly motivated folks working towards world-changing goals in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Be an advocate of user experience by maintaining 99.9% crash-free at all times.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience with writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e. g., HTML5 CSS3 and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• Proficient in at least one backend technology (Java, Ruby, Python, Go, etc).
• Proficient in Flutter (preferred) AND/OR Kotlin & Swift.
• Strong knowledge of Android/iOS Architectural Components and Design Patterns.
• Prior experience in database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
• Good understanding of server management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported frameworkboth front-end and back-end
• Ideally, familiarity with CSS preprocessors, bundlers, and associated languages/syntaxes/libraries
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git
• Working experience in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency will be a huge plus
• Passion for technology innovation with a keen interest in the cryptocurrency field
• Ability to be hands-on writing code and participating in the overall development process
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills
• B Tech/ M Tech degree in Computer Science or relevant field
