Motion Graphics Designer Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the key stakeholders to brainstorm and come-up with high quality video content for E-learning platform specifically designed for Kids, that reflect the purpose then bringing them to life and delivering innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly integrates with e-learning solutions.

This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. He/she will be an integral part of every stage in the creative process, from conceptualization to amendments.

Motion Graphics Designer Duties and Responsibilities

· Create visually stunning video assets and content

· Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions

· Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members

· Work with stakeholders to understand project scope and objectives.

· Work with illustrators, designers and instructional designers to understand the project scope and objectives.

· Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

· Take initiative to propose and select innovative audio, video, colours, animation, etc. for graphic design

· Provide accurate time estimates for each part of the process.

· Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

· Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

· To be able to resolve technical and/or design issues.

· To be able to do photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design.

· Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)

Motion Graphics Designer Requirements and Qualifications

· You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field

· You have prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects

· You possess strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools

· You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics

· You are organized and can prioritise effectively

· You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas

· You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

· Company-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software

· A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions
