Product Manager

This is an opportunity to leverage your significant SaaS experience in product management with a focus on block chain solutions to guide the expansion and marketing of our organisation.

Essential Position Duties and Responsibilities:

●      Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis

●      Define creative, high quality, product roadmaps based on company strategy and vision

●      Scope and prioritize roadmap based on business and customer impact

●      Develop detailed, business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

●      Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support volume

●      Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals

●      Understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners

●      Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

●      Drive product launches including working with our marketing and sales teams and other department managers

●      Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed

●      Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

●      Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

●      Represent the company by contacting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services – some travel is required

●      Manage integration partner/vendor relationships

●      Develop and deliver internal training to build product knowledge and experience of staff responsible for marketing, selling and supporting our solutions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:

●      Experience working on a Software as a Service (SaaS) based application.

●      Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

●      Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.

Qualifications:

●      Bachelor’s Degree

●      Minimum of 5+ years of customer focused product management experience

●      3+ years of experience developing consumer-facing web applications

●      Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate value proposition and technical information to a range of customer and internal

audiences

●      Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies
