Key Role and Responsibilities:

 Design and architect and implement innovative, modern architectures alongside fellow 

developers 

 Design and develop with state of the art technologies in distributed systems and decentralized 

architecture to solve real-world problems at scale

 Collaborate and build on the product and technology roadmap with CTO, product managers, 

designers and stakeholders 

 Lead and create a diverse, dynamic, collaborative, transparent culture where everyone's ideas 

and opinions are equally valued

 Leverage Open source and build the community around decentralized tech to facilitate open 

source contributions

 Mentoring / Guiding / Serving less experienced team members to create a high performance 

engineering team

 Build customer-facing UI and back-end services for financial transaction processing 

administration and management

 Code, test and operate node.js based services

Skills/ Qualities Required:

● 3+ years of full-time experience as software developer, including time as a Node.JS Developer

● Expert in Node.js, Angular/React, ideally using Flow or TypeScript language extensions

● Must be familiar with Web services/REST API’s, OOP, SOA patterns, Functional programming

● Good working knowledge on design patterns

● Bachelors in computer science or similar relevant field

● Experience writing unit, functional test, integration cases

● Experience working on one of AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus

● Experience of building multi-service systems and testing them

● Experience of building CI/CD process is a plus

● Experience of building systems with high data protection requirements, anonymous data and 

data encryption is a plus

● Experience of building systems that require cryptography is a plus

● Experience of building authentication systems, understanding of common authentication 

patterns

● In-depth knowledge of database design and optimization
