Full stack web developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a full stack web app developer the incumbent would be responsible for development, deployment, and maintenance of the websites and app. He/ She should be comfortable with both front and back-end programming.

As web developer

1. Write well-designed, testable, reusable, and efficient code by using best practices.

2. Design Client-side and Server-side architecture.

3. Translate UI/UX wireframes to visual elements.

4. Create website layout/User Interface by using standard WordPress or HTML/CSS

5. Develop and optimize front-end UI to ensure applications are rendered consistently in

cross-platform environments.

6. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.

7. Write effective APIs.

8. Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.

9. Implement security and data protection.

10. Review application requirements and interface designs.

11. Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power the web applications.

12. Integrate front-end and backend aspects of the web application.

13. Understanding the Product requirements from the Business Analyst/ Product Manager and ensuring they are delivered on time with utmost quality.

14. Troubleshoot interface software and debug application code.

15. Document application changes and develops updates.

Qualifications, Experience, and Leadership Attributes

1. 3-4 years of proven experience in full-stack web app development.

2. Hands-on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and APIs.

3. Relevant experience developing web applications in Client-side frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS, etc.

4. Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like NodeJS/NestJS

5. Excellent understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, TypeScript

6. Familiarity with databases (such as MongoDB, MySQL,), web servers (such as Nginx/Apache/AWS/Azure containers)

7. Upload web services to AWS. Good working knowledge of AWS elastic beanstalk, AWS, Flask/Django.

8. Familiarity with Google's Material Designs

9. Hands-on experience with designing databases and developing large-scale web applications on top of them.

10. Proven experience in developing web applications that have integrations with third-party applications.

11. Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process.

12. Attention to detail and ability to stretch and beat project deadlines.

13. Self-driven, should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work across teams.

14. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

15. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
