Role: WordPress Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a WordPress Developer who is proficient in WordPress site-building and editing to join our team. You will build and maintain the WordPress sites, and support other applications and integrations. Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the WordPress space
• Proficient in WordPress site-building and editing from scratch (Theme editing and customizing advanced level knowledge) 
• Good understanding of the WordPress template hierarchy
• Ability to work with child and starter themes like pro
• Knowledge about PHP for WordPress - loop, conditionals, hooks and more.
• Good understanding of how to use action and filter hooks to programmatically control WordPress
• Template tags to use when customizing and extending themes
• Deep knowledge of web, mobile and responsive design.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Solid Experience in designing and developing responsive websites
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs
• Able to manage web-hosting of websites (cPanel, WHM)

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• 1+ years of experience as a WordPress developer
• Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
• Strong track record for bringing exceptionally well designed websites to market
• Consistent track record for delivering commitments on time, with minimal supervision
