Associate Technical Program Manager

As an Associate - TPM, you would be responsible for the features / enhancements deliveries of the product to the customers. You would be managing the lifecycle of a software delivery from the requirement phase until its release to production by liaising with the stakeholders from Engineering, GTM teams and Management. 


Responsibilities :


  • Facilitate daily standups, iteration planning, review and retrospective within the delivery teams. 
  • Manage the engineering development projects and planned sprint releases by coordinating with the Product Managers, Developers and QA 
  • Guide the team in estimating the time, measure, monitor and ensure the team works together to achieve the sprint goals.
  • Drive the team’s execution of the feature delivery, communicate with stakeholders proactively and plan the delivery effectively to avoid any unprecedented events. 
  • Manage sprint impediments and facilitate progress. 
  • Coordinate with the Product management team on a regular basis to discuss widely about the ongoing releases, team dynamics, process level changes, upcoming releases and most importantly the roadmap.
  • Manage the teams' capacity and ensure that the team is aware of what is coming up. 
  • Conducting weekly catchup with the team and stakeholders to ensure that the team is on the same page.
  • Always ensure the team is motivated and keep having one-on-ones to understand and action upon the concerns raised. 
  • Take initiatives to bring better working processes for the team and based on the feedback strive to continuously improve on top of it.
  • Be an anchor that holds the predictability of the system by streamlining the delivery. 



Requirements:


  • Exceptional communication skills 
  • Ability to discover the requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and leading engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
  • Good working knowledge of Agile Scrum framework. 
  • Should have experience in managing remote teams.
  • Thrives in a highly proactive and fast paced environment. 
  • Self motivated and organized.
