MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for 3+ years of experienced backend software engineer to develop high-quality software

that is aligned with user needs and business goals. You will work with Tech Leadership to implement

complex solutions with Modern architecture and design patterns. 

In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. You should have excellent

organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

 Primary responsibility will be the creation of large or complex applications that facilitate the

achievement of business

 Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including Production Support, BAs, Architect, Project

Managers, and Product Owners to deliver high quality solutions

 Collaborate with DevOps team for CI/CD and deployment

 Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership and open to experiments

 Architecting, designing, developing and deploying new features for web sites and front-end web

applications.

 Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance

 Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and

presenting these for architectural review

Ideal Candidate should have

 A computer science degree

 3-5 years of experience in MERN Stack (NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, ReactJS)

 2+ Years of experience in ReactJs

 Excellent hands-on design, coding, testing methodologies, and debugging skills

 Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code

reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration, and continuous

delivery

 Good exposure to programming constructs and writing algorithms

 Good architectural & design skills

 Experience in understanding platforms & key AWS services like Elastic Beanstalk, AWS Lambda,

ECS, AWS Fargate, EKS, EC2, S3 etc. is a major plus
