Senior Unity Developer

As a Sr. Game Developer at XR Labs you would be leading the Game Development pipeline of the Mixed Reality projects at XR Labs.

Your role would include coordinating with various departments such as UX UI Design, 3D Assets Team, Product Management and Quality teams to ensure the project meets its technical and quality specifications by planning, architecting, delegating and working hands on.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include

• Understand the technical and specification requirement of the project from the client-side Project Manager / Internal Project Manager.
• Estimate development aspects of Projects at Pre Sales Stage
• Design and Develop Software Architecture
• Manage the Junior Developers
• Maintain Code Quality and Standards
• Research and Development of pipelines and procedures that push the overall quality and capabilities of the company from the perspective of Development.
• Effectively coordinate with other pipeline heads for successful project delivery

Qualifications Required

• 3-4 Year experience as Game Developer
• Strong in C++ / C# Development
• Strong in Object-Oriented Programming
• Fluent with concepts of PBR Texturing, Light Baking and 3D Optimisation is a plus.
• Engineering Background is a huge plus
