ReactJS Developer

Skills Required :

* have a good grasp of Javascript and React fundamentals - how things work under the hood and what makes an app performant.

* have an excellent understanding of CSS and have experience with (+ an opinion on) CSS frameworks like a tailwind, etc.

* have worked with React hooks, Redux (or another state management library).

* understand well what causes latency in applications and how to avoid such problems.

* write clean, readable and DRY code.

* are good with drilling down errors, understanding why they are showing up and how they could be resolved.

* have a good understanding of Git and have been using a Git workflow

* understand how the web works (request-response cycle and REST APIs).

* are curious about engineering and javascript - how things work, what's new and in general, spend a good amount of time incrementing your skills.

It would be plus point if you have:

* worked with Node + Express JS / Deno

* worked with GraphQL, Apollo.

* worked on apps with micro-service architectures.

* used NextJS or JAM Stack

* Are good with unit testing or TDD.

* Have worked with React Native.

* Understand DevOps and how it works.
