Location: Wakad / Hinjewadi / Permanent WFH

Educational Qualification: Computer Graduate / Post Graduation

Experience: Min 1.5 / 2 Years

Technical skills:-

V-tiger/Sugar CRM, PHP, MySQL, Server-side crone jobs

Roles and Responsibility:-

➦ Managing Complete Administration of CRM back-end (creating users and setting their privileges, rectifying mistakes done by users in their daily tasks, monitoring daily activities and evaluating individual user performance with help of CRM reports)

➦ Creation of customized reports using CRM report builder

➦ Creation of new workflows and calculations as and when required

➦ Programming experience of writing custom source code in PHP

➦ Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
