Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Determining the structure and design of web pages and ensuring user experience determines design choices.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout design.

Skills And Qualifications

• Understanding of key design principles.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• The front-end developer is expected to have a proficient knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
• Should have a good understanding and knowledge of advanced JavaScript libraries such as AngularJS
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image. Familiarity with tools such Photoshop.
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN}}
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
