Full-stack Developer

Key roles and responsibilities:

As a software full-stack developer, you will:

1. Develop rich web-based experiences to help users think differently (in MERN stack)
2. Develop new technology upgrades and services
3. Generate Analytics that can inform important strategic decisions (using Python)
4. Assist the core team in case of any technology support
5. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (content team, tech team, media team etc.) to make technology meet business/ intervention outcomes.

Preferred Experience/expertise:

1. Good understanding of building middleware code, secured API development, etc.
2. Understanding of Microservices design
3. At least 2 years of experience in working with React, NodeJS, NoSQL document database.
4. Understanding of python will be an added advantage.
5. Familiarity and understanding of cloud including API gateways, etc. Familiarity in managing Cloud infrastructure is an added advantage.

You will succeed in this role if you have:

1. an orientation to ‘think solutions’ from scratch for a given set of outcomes or end-state vision
2. the maturity and capability to solve known & unknown problems on the go; proactively think of problems that may come up and plan for it in advance
