Full Stack Software Engineer

How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare: 

• Creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs.
• Working on a highly collaborative and extremely talented development team.
• Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods.
• Directing our software programming initiatives.
• Overseeing the development of documentation.
• Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
• Monitoring system performance.
• Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams.

A Few Things About You:

• Experience with (or related experience to) Ruby and Rails 7, using and maintaining Ruby gems, Ruby test suites, Ruby templating engines like Slim, Bootstrap, Git, third party APIs, Postgres, Javascript, pair programming, cloud platforms, ability to write clean, scalable code
• Attention to detail, analytical, data and product-driven, adept at taking abstract business concepts and asking the right questions to translate into technical deliverables
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field.
• Five to seven years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field.
