Tech Lead (Magento)

Technical Lead should manage developers, monitor projects assigned to the developers, and guide team members. He plays a vital role by guiding resources and expediting their deliverable and technical up- gradation.

Key Result Areas:

 Accountable to inform project delivery schedule variations of assigned team members and himself/herself.

 Work on the resolution of technical issues faced by assigned Team members.

 Ensure optimum efficiency of team members keeping quality consistent.

 Ensures delivery of technical functionality as per SOW.

 Plan resources technical skills up-gradation and monitors it.

 Handle technical issues and guide the team members on clients’ issues.

 Ensure quality of coding through random Code Level Testing and report serious issues to the project manager and delivery manager.

 Ensure reporting for assigned team members and Managing PMS / Task Management System as per guidelines from Project Leader/ Project Manager or Management.

 Assist resource allocation for the project based on skill matrix and self-observations.

 Ensure that projects are accurately estimated and delivered to schedule.

 Assist in defining work estimation for change requests.

 Ensure that development standards, policies, and procedures are adhered to.

Additional Responsibilities:

 Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies.

 Intimating PM whenever required to intervene.

 Intimation to Client, ACM, HR for leaves of dedicated resources.

 Working in close loop with PL/ PM for client retention.

 Helping HR Team for building a strong team.

Expected Reports:

 PMS Reports.

 Team Member feedback.

Qualification:

 BE/B.Tech/MCA
