To keep up with high demand, we are looking for energetic professionals to join our rapidly growing Support Engineering team. We are looking for a Support Engineer to help us deploy our products and assist existing customers with any issues they may have. We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented & committed Support Engineer that will rise to the challenge to communicate, design, build & help customers and sales teams with our Best-in-Class Networking & Security solutions. Often times you will work as part of a team as well as independently in customer engagements of the latest technologies. You should be curious and eager to learn about new products, technologies, and solutions to provide valuable input and communication to the sales, engineering, and product management organization.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement high performance, secure, and resilient network and encryption infrastructure for new customers

• Collaborate with a global team of support engineers to solve existing customer issues

• Provide direction and subject matter expertise in the analysis and resolution of complex networking problems

• Assist in standardizing processes and improving documentation

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English

• Willing to work in night shifts

• Willing to work as an individual contributor

• Good understanding of OSI layers and OSI level troubleshooting

• Basic knowledge of Public Key Infrastructures such as Microsoft ADCS

• Good understanding of WPA2-Enterprise connectivity of wireless and wired networks

• Basic knowledge in configuring Wireless Controllers

• Good knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting RADIUS servers such as Microsoft NPS, Aruba CPPM, Cisco ISE & FreeRADIUS

• Basic knowledge in Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Certificate Services and Group Policy configurations

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Web Server configurations

• Experience in SAML configurations is a plus

• Good knowledge in Azure, G-Suite, Okta, etc. is a plus

• Experience in Firewall configurations and troubleshooting

• Experience in Switch configurations and troubleshooting is a plus
