Senior ML Engineer

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Responsibilities will include:

- Architect, develop and operate highly innovative, user-friendly and performant AI/ML solutions on any of the cloud offerings - AWS, GCP or Azure for our customers

- Operationalize solutions through automation of data pipelines

- Experiment with off the shelf libraries and/or build custom solutions using a deep understanding of statistical algorithms

- Implementing and optimizing cutting-edge algorithms that work with massive data sets in real-time/batch mode

- Follow industry best practices, stay up to date with and extend the state of the art in machine learning research and practice and drive innovation

- Participate in hiring, coaching, and professional development of other team members

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Data Engineering frameworks, ability to understand and manipulate data and analyze data needs for a business solution

- Able to write production level code, which is well-written and explainable

- Experience using ML libraries, such as scikit-learn, caret, mlr, mllib, pytorch,keras, tensorflow

- Strong understanding of the Machine Learning lifecycle - feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop

- Experience using Python, including knowledge of Jupyter notebooks and AWS SageMaker/GCP

- Knowledge of Automate & orchestrate ML pipelines

- Knowledge of Computer Vision based Feature extraction.

- Experience with web service standards and related patterns (REST, gRPC)

- Familiarity with using data visualization tools

- Experience working with GPUs to develop models

- Moderate grasp of AI/ML deployment pipeline, deep learning and coding best practices using GitHub

- Experience of working with cloud (AWS/Azure) services stack especially their AI/ML services

- Ability to work with Real Time Data Flow

- Good Understanding of Monitor, optimize, and maintain ML solutions

- Strong spoken and written communication skills, able to explain complex ideas in a simple, intuitive manner, write/maintain good technical documentation
