IT Support Engineer
H2o, based in London are looking for a dynamic IT Support Technician that wants to move forward in IT and have further experience of supporting international clients.
The role will primarily dealing with clients through the helpdesk on the phone and through email. You would be working with a small team and working together to solve client issues and learn how these clients operate. Full training will be provided.
Flexible working hours on London time from 9am to 6pm

If you have some skills using these technologies:
-. Office 365 Email Setup and or Azure Active Directory / Intune
-. Windows Server Active Directory & Group Policy
-. Router Setup and Troubleshooting including NAT Firewall and VPNs
-. Windows Desktop PCs - Troubleshooting and fixing desktop issues
-. Have built your own or friends computers -troubleshoot drivers and software
-. Virtual Machines - Hyper V - Vmware - some knowledge.
