Desktop Support Engineer

Job Description
  • Expertise on Laptop and Desktop hardware troubleshooting.
  • Expertise on MS OS (Win7 to Win11) and O365 product.
  • Knowledge of PLM,CAD applications.
  • Basic Understanding of LAN and WAN technology.
  • Know Domain setup and should have experience for Domain ECO system.
  • Basic Knowledge of IT security products like Web security product, Endpoint security product etc.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of latest communication tools i.e. MS teams, Zoom and Cisco WebEx
  • Good Communication skill and can support to Top management user.
  • Able to manage IT asset inventory.

Min.2-3 Years’ experience in IT Infra
