About Concord

Concord is a boutique consultancy firm founded in 2003 with headquarters in Minneapolis, our annual revenue globally today is 90+ million dollars focused on digital solutions, with a particular strength in healthcare. Our core capabilities include advisory services, cloud applications & integration, data solutions & analytics, and information security. In 2021, H.I.G. a private equity fund made an investment in Concord to grow and expand its scale and revenue. 

Presently we have engineering presence in multiple cities in the US and also in Europe, in Bulgaria. We are creating a new delivery location for Concord in Gurugram, India working on some of the global programs where Concord is engaged.

Experience: 5+ Years

Required skills:

• 5 years of professional programming experience with JavaScript 
• 5 years of professional experience with Angular JS, and JQuery 
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is considered a plus 
• Experience with Java will be considered a strong plus 
• Experience with Apache Sling and Server-Side Rendering is considered a strong plus 
• Analytic and algorithmic thinking 
• Experience with Git 
• Self-discipline 
• Good communication skills 
• Team collaboration skills 
• Good command of English 

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the scrum meetings and the development activities (coding, documentation, deployment) 
• Collaborate with the rest of the team members and follow the team's established process 
• Follow established code conventions and deliver high-quality code 
• Give and receive direct feedback from the client and other stakeholders 
• Give and receive direct feedback from all levels of the company
