1.Leveraging salesforce.com to meet evolving business requirements and information needs.

2.Identify and prioritise requirements as the needs of business organisation.

3.Troubleshoot issues faced in salesforce.

4.Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks.

5.Implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, development, testing etc.

6.Provide global end-user support.
