2+ year experience on Salesforce Sales and Marketing Cloud platforms, as an Administrator and Developer. Take requirements directly from the client, planning and decide best functional and technical solution. Helping on lead and sales process, and on the complete customers Journey. Implementing in sandbox for testing and execute release process to Production.

Requirements:

Salesforce Admin:

Create and edit users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules

Create and edit standard and custom objects

Create and edit flows and process builder

Create and edit workflow rules, validation rules, matching rules, duplicate rules Create and refresh sandboxes

Create change sets and release to production

Create and edit sales, leads and opportunities process

Create and edit Reports and Dashboards

Create and edit with Lightning app builder

Knowledge of SOQL to import and export data using Workbench Desirable Knowledge of Einstein Activity Capture

Desirable knowledge of RingCentral with Salesforce

Users technical support

Update new features for Salesforce releases

Salesforce Developer:

Develop apex classes, test classes, batch apex and triggers (using apex language) Understand of code coverage and limits in Salesforce

Develop lightning web components (using lwc decorators*, html, javascript) *decorators (api, track, wire)

Marketing Cloud:

Create and edits users, roles

Create and edits Journeys with Journey Builder

Create and edit Data Extensions with Contact Builder

Create and edit Landing pages with Cloud pages

Import and export data in Data Extensions

Create and edit Automations (sql query, script, data extract, filter) with Automation Studio Create and edit Emails with basic Amscript (using amscript language)

Knowledge of Email Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder

Knowledge of SQL to import and export data with Query Studio

Knowledge of contacts delete process

Synchronize and mapping data from Salesforce to Marketing Cloud

Create and edit Reports and Dashboards with Analytics Builder
