Data Warehouse Automation Product Support Analyst

HEADLINE: 

We are looking for a Data Warehouse product Support Analyst. The analyst will join a product support team who are responsible for supporting various customers to provide technical expertise on an ELT Automation tool. The role is focused around automation tools Where Scape RED and 3D integrated with various traditional & cloud platforms like Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, Hive, etc applied in the areas of Dimensional as well as Data Vault modelling techniques. 

This can be a good opportunity for anyone who has excellent experience in database and is looking to switch in Data Warehousing. 

PRINCIPAL ACCONTABILITIES: 

Provide Data Warehouse expertise & technical support to customers using Where Scape 

Highlight potential capacity, performance or operational issues & take preventative action where necessary 

Understand, reproduce the product related issues and debug  

Provide work around solution for the issues when necessary 

Co-ordinate with product support team to identify & raise product bugs

Gather in depth knowledge of the product over period of time to become subject matter expert  

One on one interaction with customers across the globe.  

SKILLS REQUIRED: 

Excellent communication skills 

Knowledge of Data Warehousing modelling techniques 

Good understanding and Experience of any Database Architectures 

DBA knowledge will be an added advantage 

Experience/ Knowledge of cloud database will be an added advantage. 

Excellent SQL skills and database error handling 

Good problem-solving capability and ability to self-explore to solve a given problem. 

Knowledge on WhereScape will be added advantage.
