Technical Support Engineer

  • Experience in software development is a huge plus
  • Be involved in maintenance of heavy traffic Java and Python applications
  • Debug production issues and do a root cause analysis as Level 2 Support
  • Identify and escalate issue to the right engineering team
  • Create a knowledge base of reported issues and resolutions
  • Create tickets in the task management system if required
  • Experience with writing SQL queries
  • Experience with navigating No SQL data is a huge plus
  • Be comfortable with REST API tools like Postman
  • Willingness to work in shifts in rotation, including weekends, is a must. He may need to work 3 days in weekdays and 2 days over Saturday and Sunday
