**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
• Sell our company's products (IT Services) while building long-term relationships with customers.
• Analyses, explains and sells the solution's beneficial aspects and services to customers.
• Prepare and deliver solution proposals to our prospective customers.
• Coordinate and organize calls and customers needs and follow up calls with management
• Responsible for timely updates to the management and the customer, for updates and activity of their purchased service
• Meet minimum monthly sales target and manage calls to the correct department
** Knowledge, Skills & Experience **
• MUST know about WordPress Websites and contents
• MUST know about SEO & SSL
• Polite customer service skills and previous sales experience are MUST
• Ability to Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions.
• Ability to do Cross-Selling.
• Skills in negotiation and sales proposals.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, Overseas sales experience is a bonus
• Ability to cope with rejection and remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Strong self-motivation & can work alone or as part of a team.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• A professional approach and a can-do attitude
• Most importantly, the Candidate must be fluent in English.
