Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features according to product functional specification and design requirements

• Interact with the senior/lead architects and understand/document technical requirements

• Develop unit test cases and assist the testing team in integration testing

• React proactively to bugs and errors identified by the testing team, provide timely fixes

• Provide status updates on regular basis to the Reporting Manager

• Provide technical support during implementation efforts, working with technical team members and with business users as required to provide troubleshooting and solutions to technical issues

• Independently present their work to the internal / external teams during product demos

• Ability to Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications

• Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements

• Knowledge of git or SVN needed Experience and Skills

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline

• 5+ years of professional programming experience in front end development; 3+ years with Angular

• Strong Development Skills in creating web applications using Angular 6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular material UI, Bootstrap

• Strong core JavaScript and ES6/ES6+ programming skills

• Excellent experience in REST, SOAP UI integration

• Strong in automated testing including unit and functional testing using Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Jest etc

• Strong OO design skills/implementation of design patterns

• Experience working on GIT and best coding practices, coding structure

• Should Own the end-to-end technical implementation through different stages of its life cycle

• Excellent understanding of DOM, component rendering and client-side issues

• Ability to write modular, clean, robust code

• Ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on time projects

• Participate in Scrum with activities such as assisting QAs, perform code reviews, unit testing Skills (Good to have)

• Understanding of latest technology/trends in UI development

• Experience in web standards, accessibility

• Experience with cloud technology

• Knowledge of Webpack like various build mechanisms and optimizing builds

• Solid understanding of deploying web apps in various types of deployments
