Job Responsibilities

• Handling End to End IT Recruitment (specialized in the recruitment of iOS, React, PHP, Android, Digital Marketing, etc.)
• Screening, Sourcing and Scheduling.
• Sourcing the right candidates through job portals.
• Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration and selection.
• Offer Releasing and following up with candidates till joining.
• Effectively using a personal network, Employee referrals to close the position.
• Active and strict enough to manage employees' concerns and Responsible to achieve the target assigned.
• Presentable, loyal and sharp-minded
• Maintaining leave records and attendance updates.
• Salary processing and ensuring timely payment of salaries.
• Employee engagement activities & Vendor Management.
• Excellent communication skills,
