About Job

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing tools, one or multiple (Loadrunner, Neoload, Jmeter, etc)
  • Performance strategy and test plan creation experience
  • Good performance analytical and communication skills
  • Testing best practices experience
  • Fluent English

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Participate in the NFR (nonfunctional requirement) discussion with stakeholders

• Analyze workload

• Estimate performance test effort

• Define monitoring process and identify data points

• Ensure environment management team to setup the test environment

• Shakeout Environment

• Gather/Build test data

• Design Test Scripts

• Create performance test strategy/plan and schedule

• Perform sanity check on test scripts

• Prepare test scenarios

• Execute performance tests (Component, Load, Soak, Stress Test, etc.)

• Execute Enterprise Volume Certification

• Execute Network Simulation test using Perfecto

• Identify, analyze and report performance issues / bottlenecks across tiers and attempt to automate log monitoring across multiple tiers /

application to create performance report.

• Defect Management

• Perform root cause analysis jointly with the customer development team and provide recommendation to optimize application performance

• Create final performance Report with observations & recommendations

• Create detailed performance report for certification tests. Report to consist of Load Runner, CPU and Memory statistics at the very least

• Get sign off on the certification report

• Get project closure sign off from respective stakeholders (business, application team, PM)

• Furnish Post Production Report, Lessons learnt post release

• Replication of critical Production performance issues
