Growth Product Manager

Role:

As a Product Manager, you will be working with the Josh Skills team, playing a key role to make online education social.

We are looking for an experienced Growth Product Manager for our Growth team, who can help ensure that our users get the most out of Josh Skills. You will have the opportunity to define a roadmap of experiments and improvements that accelerate the growth and adoption of our product and features. To be right for this role you must have at least 2 years experience in a consumer tech product growth or optimisation role, and be able to demonstrate your impact on the product’s trajectory.

Responsibilities:

● Lead and inspire a team of engineering, design, and data science to build and test new features

 ● Understand our funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities for step-changes and angle changes in growth.

● Look beyond the numbers to deeply understand how our users are interacting with and getting value from our product.

● Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration

● Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas

● Partner with product designers to ensure a fun and delightful user experience in our product

● Work with engineers to help guide feature development

● Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization

● Build an experiment-driven roadmap, prioritising using an appropriate blend of effort, upside and risk.

● Be accountable for setting and delivering against ambitious product growth goals.

● Bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices to your team.

● Define your key performance indicator(s) which drive user growth, and achieve them

Requirements:

● 2+ years of product management experience in a B2C product optimisation or growth role with demonstrable impact on the product.

● A desire to make the world a better place through technology and education

● Ability to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions

● An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences

● Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, curious, and innovative

● Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels seamlessly juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders

● Familiarity and comfort with data, including the ability to use data to analyze and monitor product health and to make hard prioritization decisions

● Should have a minimum of 2 years of product management experience.

● Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
