Blockchain Developer

We are looking for a candidate with 2 - 4 years of experience in working on blockchain mechanisms as well as a strong background in software development. The candidate will be responsible for analysing the requirements of our business model and implementing Blockchain technology to design purpose-built mechanisms. Prior experience with security protocols will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in writing smart contracts with security checks and auditing experience will be a plus 
• Developing and testing purpose-built blockchain-based mechanisms.
•  Brainstorming on new tools and technologies in the industry
• To sustain and extend current client- and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic
• Be involved in the global blockchain community—work on implementing and integrating the latest improvements 
• Troubleshoot snags and problems with blockchain-based mechanisms
• Meticulously document and record new solutions
• Conduct research and analysis to keep up with the global trends in the space.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Sound software development background
• Proficiency in working on large codebases
• Experience in working on open-source projects
• Knowledge of at least one of the programming languages: C++, Java, JavaScript
• Understanding of the fundamentals of cryptography
• Knowledge about P2P networks and transactions
• Strong knowledge of blockchains
• In-depth understanding of Proof of Stake algorithm
• Previous experience in working on Blockchain, DeFi, Metaverse or NFT projects will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of STL
• Understanding of Qt Widgets module
