We are a product development company in Identity Analytics, Security Management Domain. We are a flat hierarchy organization who believe in Excellence over Competition, we call Confluxsys as our Home For Excellence.

In our organization, each individual works as an entrepreneur who takes up the ownership and builds excellent products/services. Our product, Identity Analytics, & Governance (IAG) is being used by several Fortune 500 companies. We are planning to extend the current platform to solve more and more complex use cases using state of the art Data Analytics & AI Tools and LIbraries.

Who we are looking for:

● Someone who can take ownership and build new use cases or extend the existing platform.

● Who can convert the data into insights that can solve business problems.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

● 3+ Years of Software Development experience in Java Programming Language.

● 2+ Years experience in Spark with hands-on expertise in design and implementation of high data volume solutions.

● Good knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

● Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Good experience in Requirements gathering, Design & Development.

● Strong software development methodologies

Nice to have qualifications:

● Reporting and data visualization skills.

● Machine learning, software developer & experience with ML modeling.

● Experience in a functional programming language like Scala.

● Testing frameworks like TestNG , Scalatest, Mockito etc.

● Worked on designing ETL & Streaming pipelines in Spark Scala.
