Manage Attendance:-

1. It is very difficult to calculate the attendance of every employee (8 hour mark as “P” and 4 hour as “HD”). It required lot of staff and time.

On the other hand Only biometric machine can manage all department attendance without any manpower and daily update on online portal. So that employee can see their leave status on portal.

1. To manage leave employee needs to send leave application their manager and manager approve and then employee send leave application to HR manually. HR updates the employee balance leave and mark as leave on attendance sheet. It takes lot of time.

On the other hand on online portal employee create leave request and it automatically send to their manager for approval on portal, after approval it will automatically update in balance leave and attendance sheet. Employee can see the status of leave on portal as well.

Manage Payroll:-

While Account manage payroll manually then every finance team busy to run payroll at the end of month and first week of every month.

On the other hand at the month-end payroll to be finalized and published within few minutes on portal.

Automated reporting:- We can create different type of reports with real time data. Timely information for better decision making.
