Developed an Inventory System for each Warehouse of Bestank Manufacturing Corporation. The system compose of file maintenance module, Warehouse IN and Warehouse OUT, Goods Transfer, creating of new item code per warehouse, and display the live and daily inventory of each warehouse and monitors the critical level of each items.

Write and develop a mini Best System for Bestank Manufacturing Corporation (Cebu and Davao Branch). This system composes of file maintenance, sales, delivery, servicing, purchasing Module and this system only focused on the inventory of two branches.

This system monitors only the landed cost of Bestank Manufacturing Corporation Products. The system compose of file maintenance of items and uploading the ending inventory of BestWarehouse and BestCebu and BestDavao and compute the landed cost of all items in current period of time.

Develop a system for Chuayuco Steel Manufacturing Corporation. The systems compose of file maintenance, sales, Customer and Supplier Accounting, Purchasing, and Inventory Module.

Develop a Housing Loan System for Philippine State. This focused on house and lot loan, it monitors the receivables of each customer and the terms of payment and all the necessary information in house and lot industry.
